ProLon contains five small boxes with meals for each day of the diet. All of the meals are very tasty and easy to prepare. It has soups, snacks, food supplements, teas and beverage concentrates. The food products contain approximately 60 plant-based ingredients, which are scientifically proven and clinically tested. The programme ensures an adequate intake of vitamins and minerals and reduces hunger.
How to start
We recommend ProLon even to people with no experience in fasting and for whom going hungry is unacceptable or people who find it difficult to prepare their own diet. It is very practical and easy to use.

What does the package contain?
The package contains:
- Five daily boxes, one for each day.
- A plastic container (950 ml) for mixing the energy drink.
The schedule for consuming the foods and beverages is enclosed. You must not consume any other food or beverages during the program, except for a sufficient quantity of water and herbal teas. On the first day, your body will receive 1150 kcal, and 800 kcal on the following days.

How often can ProLon be used?
According to clinical studies, ProLon can be used in three consecutive cycles, meaning five days per month over three consecutive months.
Following this initial programme, you can choose to continue using ProLon depending on your condition and lifestyle every two to four months (three to six times per year). Clients who want to achieve greater effects can use ProLon every one to two months (for six months up to one year).

After completing the programme
Avoid large portions of food for a day and a half day after completing the ProLon dietary programme. Transition to standard meals gradually. Start with liquid meals like soups or fruit and vegetable juices, then add light vegetable dishes such as rice, cereals and small portions of legumes or fish. Normal meals can be resumed after two days. We recommend consulting an expert for optimal transitional foods.

ProLon is recommended for people who do not have any fasting experience yet, it is unacceptable for them to starve, or it is difficult for them to prepare their own diet. Warning! - ProLon must not be used by:
- persons under 18 years of age
- pregnant or breastfeeding women
- persons allergic to dried fruits, soya, tomatoes, nickel or any component of the ProLon meal programme
- persons with a BMI of less than 18.5
- persons with a serious diagnosed illness without the consent of their attending physician
- vulnerable persons or persons undergoing medicinal treatment
- persons undergoing pharmacotherapy, which is not compatible with a diet low in calorie intake
- persons with diabetes (type 1 and 2), cardiovascular diseases or cancer, unless given permission by their physician
- persons with metabolic disorders, particular those involving gluconeogenesis
- persons with a history of heart problems
- persons with a history of syncope (fainting) resulting from reduced calorie intake or any similar reactions during which reduced calorie intake is potential dangerous
- persons with food requirements not compatible with the ProLon meal programme.
Side effects and reactions
All the ingredients in ProLon are generally recognised as safe (GRAS) by the FDA. The ingredients have no side effects, but ProLon is a low calorie, hypoprotein diet and may cause certain undesirable effects such as feelings of hunger, fatigue, exhaustion, headache, muscular pain, sensitivity, irritation, drowsiness, nausea or mood swings. For these reasons, the following is recommended:
Drink at least eight glasses of water per day to minimise the risk of dehydration. In some cases, and in the case of severe headache, you can drink up to three litres of water per day.
Reduce caffeine intake to max. one cup of coffee per day. Do not drink instant coffee. The best option is to eliminate it entirely.
Driving freight vehicles is not recommended.
Excessive physical strain, exposure to high temperatures (e.g. saunas or hot baths) or very cold environments and swimming in cold water is not suitable.
