Who is ProRegen for?
ProRegen is suitable for most people (except those listed in the contraindications) who want to improve their fitness, rejuvenate their organism, improve performance and resilience, lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
What does one ProRegen package contain?
Each ProRegen box contains two types of tea for the whole period of use, herbs to prepare infusions, herbs for rinsing, seaweed and active sun-dried clay.
How is ProRegen used?
Teas are consumed alternately throughout the day in any quantity, depending on how hungry you are.
How much weight can I lose?
Weight loss differs from person to person. On the first day, weight loss is higher – 600 to 1000 g. After this, it is about 300 to 500 g per day. Don’t worry if you do not lose any weight on certain days of treatment. This is normal. For the best results, talk to a nutritional expert about your goals.
Can people with chronic illnesses use ProRegen?
Depending on your illness, previous case history and the medicines you take, ProRegen may be combined with standard treatment. ProRegen cannot be prescribed to prevent or treat illnesses, however.
Can I take other food supplements while using ProRegen?
Taking food supplements while using ProRegen is not recommended. It is better to wait until the end of the treatment.
How often can I use ProRegen?
The ProRegen cleansing treatment is recommended once or twice a year. If you have enough experience with fasting, the treatment may be extended or repeated several times. We recommend consulting a physician or nutritional expert about the adequacy of the treatment, or contacting our employees, who will be happy to answer your questions.
How should I eat after completing the programme?
We recommend starting with liquid and soft foods like soups, fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies, followed by light foods such as rice, porridge, pasta and small doses of legumes. It is necessary to transition to normal food slowly. Transition should generally take as long as the treatment itself.
Can I eat any other foods during the treatment?
We do not recommend eating other foods during the treatment. However, if you are not overweight, you can add vegetable juices to the programme.

It is also suitable for people whose lifestyle is not ideal and pay little attention to their choice of food, to help reduce the consequences of this lifestyle.
What does one ProLon package contain?
Each ProLon package contains food products with approximately 60 plant-based ingredients, which are scientifically proven and clinically tested. The package contains boxes with food for each day of the diet. All of the ProLon meals are very tasty and easy to prepare. It has soups, snacks, food supplements, teas and beverage concentrates.
How is ProLon used?
Consume the programme’s products for five consecutive days in the order recommended by the guide. The order the foods can be consumed on any one day can be changed, but we do not recommend mixing the foods recommended for separate days.
How much weight can I lose?
Weight loss differs from person to person. Weight loss most commonly ranges between 3 to 5 kg. For the best results, talk to a nutritional expert about your goals.

How often can I use ProLon?
The ideal frequency of using ProLon can be assessed by our physician or a nutritional expert. It depends on your body weight and health. Persons with high risk can use ProLon 3 to 12 times per year (depending on your condition). Persons with low risk or in good health can use it 2 to 3 times per year. We recommend consulting a physician or nutritional expert about the adequacy of the treatment, or contacting our employees, who will be happy to answer your questions.
Can I take breaks from the programme?
Dividing or extending the programme over more days is not recommended. This method achieves proven effects after five consecutive days.
How should I eat after completing the programme?
Avoid large and heavy portions of food on the day after completing the ProLon programme and transition to normal meals gradually. We recommend starting with liquid and soft foods like soups, fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies, followed by light foods such as rice, porridge, pasta and small doses of legumes. You can recommence normal meals 24 hours after completing the ProLon programme.
Can I eat any other foods during the treatment?
Because ProLon is a dietary programme that provides you with all the nutrients you need and assists in stimulating the renewal and regeneration of cells, no other types of food are recommended while you use ProLon. We strongly recommend drinking enough water to prevent dehydration.
